All in for Ag Week: Living the Portrait

CCPS students went ALL IN for Agriculture Education Week, putting our Portrait of a Learner into action through hands-on learning, student-led lessons, creative art contests, and Ag Spirit Days.
Across the district, students had opportunities to learn, create, collaborate, and connect their learning to the world around them. This is what it looks like to LIVE IT!
GRC agriculture students became teachers for the day, visiting classrooms and sharing agriculture lessons and experiences through interactive activities.
Students put their creativity on display through our district-wide agriculture art contest, with students from Pre-K through 12th grade participating.
And, of course, we had plenty of Ag Spirit. Students and staff joined in the fun with themed dress-up days.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated, helped organize activities, welcomed our agriculture students into classrooms, and encouraged students to get involved.
We are proud to see our students showcase the many ways agriculture is an important part of our lives, our communities, and our education.
We can't wait for the spring ALL IN for Ag Ed Week, March 14–19!
