Graduates' academic achievement honored in new way

A new CCPS Greatness tradition ​h​onors seniors who achieved ​e​xceptional academic achievement during their time at GRC.

Every qualifying student​ will be listed in a framed recognition that will be permanently displayed in the school foyer. To be ​honored, students must meet at least one of the following criteria: 


  • National Merit

  • Governor's School for Entrepreneurs

  • Gatton Academy

  • Craft Academy

  • Bluegrass College Academy

  • ACT 30 or above

  • Governor's Scholar

  • Governor's School for the Arts


“These individuals have gone above and beyond in their high school careers and we are honored to add their name into the list of 2025 distinguished graduates,” said Superintendent Dustin Howard. “Our vision is to celebrate greatness and these individuals represent just that academically. Congratulations and Go Cards!
